UEFA zezwala na butelki podczas przerw na wodę podczas kobiecych mistrzostw Europy z powodu fali upałów

UEFA allows water bottles during water breaks at women's European Championship due to heatwave

The summer Women's European Championship in Switzerland 🔴⚪ promises to be not only hot because of the excitement on the pitch... but also literally! 🔥🌞 Due to record-breaking temperatures, which are already exceeding 30°C, UEFA has made an unusual decision: bottled water will be allowed in the stadiums! 💦😲

Yes! What was previously strictly prohibited for safety reasons is now becoming a necessity. Fans will be able to bring refreshing bottles of water to beat the heat and cheer on their teams without the risk of dehydration 🧴👏 .

But that's not the end of the changes! UEFA also announced the introduction of so-called "cooling breaks," which will be used during matches if the temperature exceeds 35°C 🌡️⚽ . In practice, this means short breaks during which players will be able to hydrate, catch their breath, and cool down – both physically and tactically 🧊⏸️ .

This is the first time in the history of UEFA tournaments that heatwaves have forced such rule changes – and it shows that the organizers take the health and comfort of players and fans seriously 🙌❤️ . After all, no one wants to watch beautiful matches where the players are fighting against overheating instead of their opponents!

Players, coaches, and fans reacted very positively to the decision. Many praised UEFA for its flexibility and quick response to extreme weather conditions. 🌍🌤️ . Because while emotions on the pitch are expected to reach fever pitch, the players' body temperatures shouldn't!

The Women's Euro 2025 will be not only a celebration of football, but also a test of resilience to... the weather 😅🌞 . Will additional breaks affect the pace of play? Will changes in the rhythm of the match become a new tactical factor?

One thing is certain: football is changing – and it's doing it smartly! 💡⚽💧
